Queuella (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Queuella platform — a queue management, check-in, and appointment booking service for businesses. Our contact email is hello@queuella.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create a workspace, we collect your name, email address, business name, industry, country, and timezone.

Customer/guest data: When your customers use your booking or check-in page, we may collect their name, phone number, and email address as provided by them. This data is stored on your behalf as a data processor.

Usage data: We collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. We do not sell this data.

Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Queuella platform
• To send transactional emails (verification, receipts, appointment confirmations)
• To send product updates and announcements (you may opt out at any time)
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Square — point-of-sale integration (only when you connect your Square account)
• AWS — cloud infrastructure and database hosting

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and applicable privacy law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your workspace is active. If you delete your account, your data will be purged within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted passwords, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your Queuella account.

9. Children’s Privacy

Queuella is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
