How to ask Queuella to delete your data. See also our Privacy Policy.
Businesses (Queuella account holders): your name, email address, business name, industry, country and timezone; your services, staff, settings, queue and appointment history, and orders and payment records. Billing details are held by our payment processor.
Your customers: the name, phone number and email address they give when they check in or book, their visits and appointments, and the messages sent to or received from them through Queuella. We hold this on behalf of the business they used.
WhatsApp and Meta data: if a business connects WhatsApp through Meta Embedded Signup, we store the WhatsApp Business Account ID, the phone number ID, the sender number, and an access token that is encrypted at rest. We also store the WhatsApp messages exchanged with that business’s customers (message text, delivery status and the customer’s phone number) so staff can see them in the Queuella inbox.
The owner of a business can close it from the Queuella app:
Closing a business removes dashboard access for your team. Your data is kept for a 30-day grace period, during which signing in again restores the business. After the grace period the workspace and its data (including customers, visits, bookings, messages and WhatsApp account details) are permanently deleted.
If you sign in with a Queuella email account, the Danger zone on the Account page also lets you Delete account. This closes every business you own and deletes your sign-in.
If your business takes card payments through Queuella, permanent deletion waits until card payments are disconnected, no card payment, refund or dispute is still open, and 180 days have passed since your last card payment, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also need to keep some records where the law requires.
You can instead email support@queuella.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your workspace.
A business can disconnect WhatsApp at any time in Settings under Communications. Disconnecting erases the stored access token, so Queuella can no longer send or receive WhatsApp messages for that business. Existing message history stays in the workspace until the workspace is deleted.
If you gave your details to a business that uses Queuella, you can ask that business to delete them. A business can remove a customer from its Customers list in Queuella.
You can also email support@queuella.com with the phone number or email address you gave and the name of the business, and we will act on your request or pass it to the business that holds the data.
We respond to requests sent to support@queuella.com within 30 days. A workspace closed in the app is permanently deleted after the 30-day grace period described in section 2, subject to the card-payment condition there. Some short-lived technical records, such as delivery logs, are also removed automatically on their own schedule.
