Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Queuella account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Queuella.

2. Description of Service

Queuella provides a cloud-based platform for queue management, appointment booking, and customer check-in for businesses (“Workspace Owners”). Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@queuella.com

4. Subscription and Billing

Queuella offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Queuella to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the platform
• Collect personal data from your customers without appropriate consent

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all customer data you collect through Queuella. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers for data collection and processing, and for complying with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or local equivalents).

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

Queuella and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queuella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your workspace settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
